Stay beautiful

To all the girls who didn't get called beautiful today i hope you know that you are beautiful

I feel like young girls and woman perceive themselves as ugly because of the way society conveys "beautiful" girls. It isn't just about makeup and tight clothes. Beauty is about how you carry yourself, it's about believing in yourself and having confidence

"It doesn't make sense to call ourselves ugly, because we don't really see ourselves. We don't watch ourselves sleeping it bed curled up silent with our chest rising and falling with our own rhythm. We don't see ourselves reading a book, eyes fluttering and glowing. You don't see yourself looking at someone with LOVE and CARE in your heart. There's no mirror in your way when you're laughing and smiling an pure joy is leaking out of you. You would know exactly how bright and beautiful you are if you saw yourself in moments where you are truly your authentic self."-Unknown

That quote is so meaningful and true and i hope you all read that and remember it because we can't judge our beauty, society can't judge our beauty, our beauty is deep within and it radiates throughout everyone around us.

Stay beautiful, and stay happy

Eating healthy is being healthy

Being Healthy

Inner beauty is all about what’s inside, and a major part of that is eating right!

It has been proven that eating healthy can:

Increase a better mood

  •           Serotonin is a chemical that the body produces that goes to the brain to improve mood.

  • -       Foods such as fish, turkey and yogurt have tryptophan in them, and once digested the body turns them into Serotonin.

  • -       Complex carbohydrates also regulate blood sugar levels, which is good for your body.

Less stress

  • -       Foods with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin C can help reduce the amount of stress hormones, such as salmon and other seafood.

  • -       Nuts and spinach has magnesium helps manage levels to protect yourself from over consumption of chemicals

  • -       Green tea and black tea also reduce hormones that increase stress.

Flatter stomach

  • -       Eating healthier foods, such as high-fiber foods like whole grains, fruits and vegetables reduces constipation, which allows your body to detox its system.

  • -       Try eating food that is low in sodium, sugar and saturated fats, this also limits a belly.

  • -       Another great tip: is to eat slower, this make your more mindful of what you’re eating and also reduces the amount of air you swallow which prevents excessive bloating.

  • -       Which will boost your body confidence and make you feel great!
There are many more benefits that occur from eating healthy

So! trade that chocolate bar for a hummus dip and carrots! :)

3 Easy ways to boost your wellbeing

There are many ways to which you can boost your wellbeing. Below are some great tips that can help you help yourself :)

1. Live in the NOW.

It is easy to get flustered when thinking about your past, present and future all at once. You need to focus on what is happening in the now. You can not control what has happened and you will not be able to change what has happened, so dwelling on the issue or issues will only hold yourself back.
Live for what is happening in your now.

2. Rid yourself of bad apples.

This is an easy one... if it is not good for you. Leave it behind.
If you feel that someone is pulling you down or holding you back, distance yourself from them, you do not need to be around a negative Nancy.
Life is too short to carry other peoples worries.

3. DO what makes YOU happy.

There are many hobbies and activities you can peruse! find one that suits your niche and follow up on it. Finding something new to do will add a new dimension to your life.

Quote of the day

Aubrey's words

“The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole, but true beauty in a Woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she knows.”

Random Acts of Kindness

Inner beauty is not always about you. Yes, it is important to concentrate on you; but it is also just as important to lift up others as well. Being able to bring joy or happiness to someone is a great way to express your inner beauty, by giving someone else the chance to experience you.

Below is a small list of a few simple things you can do for someone that does not take up much of your time or money.
1.    Open the door for someone.
2.    Use your manners, a thank you or please can go a long way.
3.    Help someone. If you see they are struggling with groceries or too much work, assist them.
4.    Make a child happy; it’s not hard to play a short game with them.
5.    Donate unwanted books, toys or home wares to the needy.

What is Inner Beauty?

There are many different definitions and interpretations of "Inner Beauty". I think that inner beauty refers to your beauty inside yourself; it is not about make up, hair and skin. It is a combination of your morals, virtues and character

People can be attractive on the outside but I feel that people who give off good vibes and healthy attributes, allow other people to feed of them and spread the love. Inner beauty is being content within ones self and sharing their positive ways.

* Try to genuinely brighten someone's day today, even a stranger with a random act of kindness, like a smile!
